Before you book
Is my table confirmed straight away?
No — this is a request. Someone from the store calls you back to confirm, usually within the hour and always the same day. Nothing is held until we have spoken to you.
How long do you hold a table?
Fifteen minutes past the booked time. Ring the store if you are running late and we will hold it longer — we would much rather keep it than give it away.
Can I book for a large group?
For twelve or more, please call 01-5970 100 directly. The upstairs lounges at New Road and Durbar Marg can be reserved whole, but that needs a conversation rather than a form.
Do you take bookings during Dashain and Tihar?
Yes, and they go quickly. During the festival fortnight we recommend booking at least three days ahead, and we hold tables for a strict fifteen minutes.
Is there a charge to reserve?
No deposit and no fee. We ask only that you ring the store if your plans change, so the table can go to someone else.
